In order to remain in "good standing" the following MUST be met:
All registration fees must be paid in full by the due date.
All equipment and uniforms must be turned in on time.
Completion of at least 4 Membership duties per family by the conclusion of the last regular season game.
Fundraising money turned in by due date.
Membership duties include: Home game functions such as: concession stand, 50/50, booster table, chain gang, security, clock time keeper, spotter,announcing, ads for the yearbook, photographer or any other Board approved function. There is a $100.00 conditionally refundable membership fee per family per season. You must complete all membership requirements and a minimum of 4 membership duties for your fee to be refunded. Refunds are issued after the end of the season.
Failure to complete ALL requirements will result in your child(ren) falling out of good standing. Failure to be in good standing will result in Your child being eligible to play in game days, loss of your returner status for the following season as well as forfeiture of your membership fee.
Membership fee of $100.00 is charged only once per family and is returnable at the end of the season once membership requirements have been met.
All debit and credit card transactions come with a 5% increase.

**There will be a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) fee for any returned checks.**
$50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE for processing fees. If a child quits by the end (Friday) of the first week of practice all the money you have paid, with the exception of the $50.00 will be refunded, if he/she quits after the first week of practice no money will be refunded.
If your child is injured during a practice or game and requires medical care and there is a need to make a claim with the ESFL insurance, there is a $250.00 deductible payable by you. Any amount over the $250.00 deductible will then be covered by the ESFL insurance.
As the Parent / Guardian of the above mentioned participant(s), I agree that certain equipment and uniform(s) will be loaned to us from the East Detroit Tigercats for this year's football/cheerleading season. I agree that as the Parent/Guardian it is ultimately my responsibility to return the equipment and uniform(s) to the East Detroit Tigercats. I agree to pay for all equipment and uniform(s) not returned to the East Detroit Tigercats by the date specified by the East Detroit Tigercats. I understand that all equipment and uniform(s) will be considered new and charged out as new for billing and replacement purposes.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Each family has to pay a $100.00 conditionally refundable membership fee. When you complete all membership requirements and a minimum of 4 membership duties you will be refunded the $100.00 in the form of a check, or you can roll it over as a deposit for the next season, refund checks are issued at the end of the season. All money has to be paid by the end of the first week of practice or he/she will not get a uniform or equipment. All participants; flag and tackle, football and cheerleaders, CANNOT practice without a physical on file. You have until the end of first weeks practice to have the physical in. The First Friday of practice we will have a physical day if we do not have your physical by then your child will receive one and a $10 charge will be added to your account balance. All cheerleaders and football players need to have a copy of their birth certificates on file with the Tigercats.
Every week a weekly newsletter will be sent via email.The newsletter will also be viewable on this site and our Facebook page. Please read the newsletter, it helps to keep you informed of any upcoming events that the organization will be involved in or any changes during the season.
Every child that FINISHES the season will get a trophy and a banquet ticket. Before any child receives a banquet ticket all equipment and uniforms must be turned in. Tickets for family members will be available for a small fee PER TICKET. We have a great sit down dinner at the banquet.
