Welcome to the East Detroit Tigercats. Our program's success depends on the help of not only our Tigercat Staff, all of whom are volunteers, but with the help of the parents as well. Most parents find it to be a rewarding experience to be involved with the league's activities. This is why we require the membership fee of $100.00 per family. You must sign up for at least four (4) membership activities per family as we need 90 slots filled each game day to remain in good standing. Your membership fee will be refunded to you after completing your membership requirements.
CHAIN GANG: Moving the down markers on the sidelines during all 4 quarters of any home game.
50/50 RAFFLE SALE: Selling 50/50 raffle tickets in the stands, on the sidelines, and in the visiting stands, during any home game. Please make sure to offer tickets to Concession workers. Tickets CANNOT be sold to minors.

Each of these activities counts as ONE volunteer act. You may choose any combination of four or you may work for the same activity four times during the season. Please see the Membership Coordinator at the Tigercat building or during the parent meeting to sign up for an activity. Volunteers are needed for home games only. You must check in and out at the booster table, if you do not check in we cannot verify that you performed your duty. If you do not participate in at least four (4) activities you will no longer be in good standing and your child(ren) will lose their status as a returner for the following season and well as forfeiture of your membership fee. Refunds are issued at the end of the season.
